The MPP Program Curriculum

The MPP requires 39 semester credits, including 27 credits in core courses, 6 credit hours in PPL 891- Issues in Public Policy, and 6 credit hours of policy-relevant electives. In addition to 39 semester credits, students who in the judgment of the Director of the MPP program have not had sufficient public or non-profit experience will be required to complete a field experience practicum of 3 credits (PPL 894)*.

  • Three (3) credit hours of PLS 894, Field Experience Practicum
